Caddy's Indian Shores is located on the West side of the Intracoastal Waterway at Mile Marker 27, just over a mile south of the Walsingham Bridge and a mile and three quarters north of the Park Street Bridge. You really can't miss it as Caddy's is home to the most expansive docks on the ICW (from 25-30 slips depending on length & accommodating vessels up to 60') so there's always a place to tie up and their friendly dockmaster, Rhonda, will be there to assist/direct.
Caddy's is a beaches staple that has made it's reputation on a fun, causal atmosphere, with beautiful views, great food and outstanding service. Whether you're in Treasure Island, Bradenton, Madeira Beach, Johns Pass or right here in Indian Shores you'll really appreciate the attention to detail and commitment to the customer experience!
Along with the forever friendly beach vibe and beautiful water views you'll find live entertainment on the weekends, kids eat free on Tuesdays (click here for their calendar) and I know you'll be impressed with the food.
I had a seat at the bar and enjoyed a beautiful view of the water/docks, some friendly conversation and ordered up a couple of Corona Lights.
With many tempting options on the menu I still couldn't resist the blackened grouper sandwich and fries. As it was being prepared I had a quick look inside where folks were enjoying waterviews, and a beachy atomosphere with air conditioning.

When it comes to grouper on a bun I'm not easily impressed but I can tell you honestly if this wasn't the best grouper sandwich that I've had it certainly was in that company! It was a healthy portion of fresh local grouper but what made it stand out was the perfect blackened seasoning. It seems at most places they serve a tourist version (light sprinkle of Zatarain or Redfish Magic) but this was seasoned perfectly and seared to perfection!
If you're out and about between Madeira Beach and Clearwater Beach Caddy's Indian Rocks is definitely worth a diversion! Stop on by, tell them Tampa Bay Boater sent ya, and see what the locals are raving about, I know you won't be disappointed!
