Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille Jungle Terrace is just off of Bay Pines Blvd. in St. Pete. Just stay to the east when you hit the cut off on the ICW to Johns Pass and head up Long Bayou towards Bay Pines and you'll find Doc Ford's adjacent to the Lighthouse Point Marina right before the Seminole Bridge.

Even though it was very busy we were able to find a seat at the bar directly and found the service to be fast, friendly and courteous. The drinks came quickly, the beers ice cold and what an amazing atmosphere! Doc Ford's Jungle Terrace is just a great place to hang out with family/friends for some great food and cold drinks after a day on the water.
We started out with a dozen oysters, shrimp ceviche and buffalo shrimp and followed that up with fish tacos, conch chowder and the Captiva Crab Cakes. Everything we sampled was very good but the fish tacos and Captiva Crab Cakes really stood out and would definitely recommend them on your visit. The crab cakes had to be 80% lump crab meat and the fish tacos were tender, fresh and tasty!
If you're a Lighthouse Point Marina client, launch at Bay Pines or service at Pro Marine or Thunder Marine you already know about Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille Jungle Terrace and are probaby already a satisfied customer, but to everyone else traveling up the ICW from Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Johns Pass you'll be happily rewarded for your 10min jaunt up long bayou to Docs in Bay Pines!
